“My a/c went out yesterday during the middle of the night. I called several repair companies and Better was the only one that could accommodate a same day appointment! The technician (Jack) arrived before lunch and within 30 minutes provided me with 2 potential scenarios. In one scenario (worst case) he told me that he might have to replace the motor, in the 2nd scenario he told me he might be able to replace only one of the parts that helps the motor to function - a $300 difference in price! I sincerely appreciate the honesty of Jack and this company and was happy that my motor did not have to be replaced. Jack was very professional, thorough and respectful to me as a customer.
