Good people that take care of your fur baby's. They have always taken care of my great dane Samoa Jane and she can be a double handful at times. The only downfall is the cost. If you live on a fixed budget like me it's really hard to come up with the extra money. Other than the cost which comes with pretty much every veterinarian clinic I have no complaints!!!

My husband and I started with these folks over 10 years ago. The quality of care they provide for our animals is, for the most part, excellent. Personal service, such as cleaning your animal up after an excretion was not good once, and that was very disappointing, but in every other way, their service has been exemplary. Pricing is, yes, high, but you're paying for your vet to take the time to do the research for challenging health issues. You're also paying for the cost of using equipment for testing that they have invested in to provide a more comprehensive overall diagnostic experience for your pet. While we DO feel that some pricing is grossly overinflated with respect to markups for most products; including prescriptions you can get at Chewy.com far more reasonably, which we are now doing; we also feel our vet IS taking the time to answer our questions and provide the most up-to-date information available, even if they need to research and verify afterward for the most accurate info. With respect to appointment time issues, we ARE aware that when an emergency comes up where an animal requires IMMEDIATE treatment, we may need to wait and we RESPECT that. If it were our animal in need, we would expect timely service as well.

They got me in same day when my reptile was extremely sick, no other vet could offer that. The meds completely turned him around and he is doing fantastic! Very good price and caring staff. I received my handwritten ‘welcome/get-well-soon’ card today, it’s little things like this that set them apart from other veterinary clinics. Great place and Erza thanks you!
