My a/c went out yesterday during the middle of the night. I called several repair companies and Better was the only one that could accommodate a same day appointment! The technician (Jack) arrived before lunch and within 30 minutes provided me with 2 potential scenarios. In one scenario (worst case) he told me that he might have to replace the motor, in the 2nd scenario he told me he might be able to replace only one of the parts that helps the motor to function - a $300 difference in price! We called during the weekend in a panic when our AC went out. Curtis sent someone immediately who was very kind, knowledgeable, and got us up and running again quickly! Our new HVAC go-to company.
