“Dr. Sargent, Brenda and their staff are extraordinary. I went in for a consultation in November. Dr. Sargent listened to what I wanted with understanding and patience and explained what he could do for me. Surgery was in January and I was released yesterday. “BOOM! I lost 32 pounds from Patti's HCG Diet program in just SIX WEEKS! I sit at a desk 8-10 hours a day 5-6 days a week, so this program was perfect for me as it doesn't require any additional exercise. The HCG Diet requires a daily injection, which you give to yourself, and a detailed protocol to follow for a very strict low-calorie diet. I will say, with the very low-calorie diet, you will need to be prepared to be in a dedicated mindset to be successful. Do your research before you commit yourself to the 21-40 days of the diet, then maintenance phase, but man let me tell you it's so worth it, and I feel AMAZING! The six weeks just flew by too which made it that much better and I'm so glad I did it. I feel lighter, healthier and overall like a new person. I was terrified to give myself the shots at home, but after I did the first one on my own, it was a relief how easy it was. You just pinch a part of your belly fat and pop it on in. The needle is so tiny that you barley feel it go in, and the syringe is so small you don't feel anything go in.Low-Calorie Diet:MINDSET IS KEY! This is a VERY strict diet, and aside from the injections, plays the biggest role in your weight loss success. Depending on how much you want to lose, you will be on this strict diet for a minimum of 21 days, or 40 days max if you have over 30 pounds to lose. I recommend doing your research first on the HCG Diet. I'd recommend Googling "The HCG Chica" to watch her step-by-step journey, as she explains in full detail the phases you'll go through, the VLCD (Very low-calorie diet), what foods you will be restricted to, and more. The HCG injections WILL help curb your appetite, but I personally went a little further and had Phentermine prescribed to me as well to suppress my appetite further. If you follow the diet protocol perfectly, there's no doubt you will be successful! And to drop a pound a day is very exciting to look forward to every morning! Don't be nervous. I'm 34, 5'11" and was 205, now 173! For my height, that definitely made a huge difference in my appearance and how I feel mentally and health-wise. Think about it, in 30 days, you could be 30 pounds (or more) lighter!
