They are absolutely amazing! Dr. Knarr and the vet techs were always super sweet with my senior Chiweenie (18 years old). They did acupuncture on her while I was in the room which I appreciated. It definitely helped my dog with her back and she always seemed more energetic afterwards. We also took her here for all of her other needs. 5 years of excellent service and affordable prices :D
The staff at this animal hospital are kind and thorough when it comes to caring for your fur baby! My fur friend Cleo recently wrapped up heartworm treatment here. I spoke with the veterinary staff prior on what the treatment was and the recovery care information I would need to know afterwards. They also let me visit her during the day since she stayed at the hospital overnight after each injection for observation. I witnessed all of the support staff loving on her. When I picked her up to come home, the veterinary staff spoke with me in detail on what post treatment symptoms to be aware of. This place utilizes a blend of modern and holistic medicinal practices to give your fur love the best care possible.
I have been using this that for a very very long time. Is it the cleanest most state-of-the-art vet's office in Chattanooga? No But do they have some of the best staff and treat my fur babies like their own? yeah, yeah they Do! My sweet baby kissy-face is never a fan of going to the vet. They're always really good about holding her and letting her calm down before they do any procedures. She got two shots in her booty and didn't even know it yesterday. And she's already feeling better! We have another appointment next month to take the squirrel and the cat back. We are appreciative the fact that we can always get in in a timely manner and it's not overwhelmingly expensive. More than anything we appreciate that they love our babies
