The service was professional but the scheduling had a few hiccups, with my first appointment needing to be cancelled due to the electrician being over an hour late, and a few other appointments needing to be rescheduled due to some clerical errors. Regardless, the service was quick and professional, albeit a bit more expensive than I was hoping. We had a bathroom ceiling fan installed. The electrician went over a Safety Check and warned us thoroughly of his concerns with the house. He did not pressure me to buy anything but offered his opinion on the best deal for our situation. This is not my first experience with Mr. Electric. I have used their service 2 times at my home and once at my office. They have always been prompt, knowledgeable and fair with their cost. This time they turned a frightening situation to a happy resolution.

Mr. Electric sent a guy named James Chamberlin who was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. He is just a really nice guy too. I highly recommend him as an electrician. He fixed all of our issues perfectly the first time he came out. Then we had more items to repair and were so pleased that James came again. He knows what he'd doing. Great job.Thanks!
