Had an issue with an aged unit and these guys were out here within an hour. Unfortunately, as suspected, the unit needed to be replaced. They had the new unit installed the next morning and we didn't suffer from sticker shock. Fast-forward 3 years: The new unit AC failed. Again: we made the call and they were out here at the requested time. They diagnosed the problem (sensor failure), ordered the part, and had us up and running by 9 AM the next morning. Great service and they take care of their customers!
I was recommended by a friend to give Willis A/C and Electric a call. We chatted for a second and I explained what I had going on to be courteous. He said he had time to come out the next day at 330-4pm. Thankfully he fixed the problem rather swiftly because he had the part on hand. Very fair pricing and an honest guy. I will definitely give him a call when I am ready to do some hvac cleaning and maintenence.
