I took my sick 14 yr old dog here to be released from her pain . The staff was empathetic and very caring . They let you take your time and say goodbye. They make a very hard thing a little easier . 6 months later my mom's dog got ill and we took here there too the vet tool his tim and helped us make a informed decision. I highly recommend this vet to anyone for all your pet car needs .
I can’t say enough good things about Kaitlyn and Hope. From the moment we walked in, they were kind, patient, and incredibly compassionate, not just with my pet, but with me too. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew my animal was safe and would be cared for the entire visit.
Dr. Craft was just as wonderful. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen and explain all options without ever making us feel rushed. His calm and confident approach made a stressful situation so much easier, and I felt completely reassured that my pet was in the best hands.
