I submitted a contact form on their website and had a response in a timely manner. They were helpful in scheduling a time to come out that met our needs, and they turned up on time. We were told they were “sending a couple of young guys.” They were young. But they were very professional and did a fantastic job. Our air con is working wonderfully, pumping out ice cold air.
