I would like to compliment Justin Richwine for his awesome service he gave us when he came to our house for a regular maintenance service on 9-16-35.He was very helpful helping me with the thermostat by showing me again how to change the settings. He took a good amount of time on the outside checking the unit so I’m sure he did a good job inspecting everything and explaining that all was working fine. He also explained that we needed new duct work and why, which we are still considering. Justin was a nice young man very polite and considerate. I would give him a five star rating, he is very knowledgeable. Since we got our new unit back in Feb any of the service men that have come out have been really nice and seemed to know what they were doing well.
