Very helpful and thorough review. We didn’t want to learn all the things that needed to be done because one always hopes that a property is perfect…but it’s definitely better to know and be able to budget and prepare. TIS found things we never would have known.

Charles was very professional and detailed with his report. I had a slight issue with billing that he took care of immediately. He was very friendly and punctual. I’m so glad I chose him for my home inspection!

Charlie does great work! To say he's thorough is an understatement. He's a real stickler for details and what I really appreciate is he points out what it required and how it should be done to get you up to Code. That saves a LOT of time trying to research through all of the Code books ... which I don't have time to do nor do I want to look them up. Thanks Charlie!
