Charlie was amazing to work with! Initially, I reached out to him regarding well inspection services. However, after he promptly called back (on a weekend) and took time to discuss all my inspection needs, we scheduled him immediately. My husband met him at the property and was very happy with how thorough his inspection was. The overall communication and detailed report were spot on! And when we had follow up questions and updates needed, he was just as prompt and professional, as the first contact. It is apparent Charlie loves his work and is great at what he does!

Charlie Priest was very, very thorough and professional. Very patient and answered all my questions clearly while at the same time putting in the extra effort to insure I understood what I needed to do to move forward if I planned to purchase the home in question.
He even went the extra mile and conducted a overview of the extra structures that where on the property as well.
