This office used to be great and it seems like it’s gone down hill a lot recently. Called them when my daughters had an appointment told them we would be a few minutes late last I spoke to stated that would be ok when we got there they stated they couldn’t see us. Had to reschedule my son’s appointment due to my sitter being sick and was told if we did it again they were going to no longer see us. Called back on Tuesday to make sure we were on the schedule and the lady I spoke with told me she didn’t see us on schedule at all. I used to really like this office but now I’m not so sure. I’ve been happy up until now and it just seems like it’s going down hill fast. ***update!!! I have spoken to someone at the office and the issues have been resolved after speaking to her!
