Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

My second visit there in 6 years that I have moved to Tn & since I was growing out my hair long anyway. The stylist was not welcoming therefore non-professional. Even asked another stylist if she "wanted this one"?I thought bringing in 2 photos of what I had in mind for myself appeared to annoy her. Nor did she offer suggestions. When I attempted to make small talk, she appeared annoyed. I eventually had 5 inches taken off so maybe I was more concern about my hair then that she was about pleasing her customer. The stylist knows exactly what I want. Beth Nicks Daly has styled my hair since 2006. She is an expert in color and style. Occasionally I let her do whatever she wants with my hair, this is how much I trust her

Tammy is great! And I don't know how she handles it all but she does. Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and cutting my hair all at the same time! I will definitely be back
