I called at the beginning of the month of June 2024 for some water damage/door frame to be looked at and to be given a quote for it. Two guys came out, late, by appointment and didn’t hardly inspect the door/floor with water damage and told me they were going to give me a quote via email. It’s been 3 weeks and I never received anything. I will be taking my business elsewhere. So unprofessional.

Every employee friendly, courteous, quality work, they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied.Then, a few months after install, floor coming apart. No offer to make it right, claims it's my fault due to a power chair. Too many out there nowadays will bend over backwards to get the sale, then when problems come up, not their problem.

I can not say enough great things about this company. I reached out to them on a Sunday and they were at my house Monday morning. They truly care about getting the results you want and your home back together as quickly as possible. One of my favorite parts was I got daily updates every morning in regards to what to expect that day. I was never wondering what was next. This was so important with work schedules.
