Every employee friendly, courteous, quality work, they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied.Then, a few months after install, floor coming apart. No offer to make it right, claims it's my fault due to a power chair. Too many out there nowadays will bend over backwards to get the sale, then when problems come up, not their problem.
I can not say enough great things about this company. I reached out to them on a Sunday and they were at my house Monday morning. They truly care about getting the results you want and your home back together as quickly as possible. One of my favorite parts was I got daily updates every morning in regards to what to expect that day. I was never wondering what was next. This was so important with work schedules. I will always HIGHLY recommend this team. Great job guys!Services: Remodeling
Ref: Water damage to hardwood floor and damaged sheetrock. Easy company to work with. Adam came out to estimate and thoroughly explained steps. Very courteous and prompt; as were each crew that came out for their part in the project. All the crews did excellent work. The new floor and repaired drywall look great. Would use them again and recommend them!Services: Flooring
