Stopped in for coffee and breakfast. Ordering seems like a chore. Not sure if the lady was new or not. After we got our coffee and drinks, we were still waiting for a while. We had to ask about our food and they were not aware we had food. We had to give them our receipt for them to realize they never made it. The croissant sandwich was burnt. The coffee was subpar.
I stop here 5 days per week, I order the same latte each visit, each visit the same drink taste different, isn't there a script to follow when making a drink? I'm so tired of it that now I will take it back and ask for a remake. Also the latte is very rarely " hot". The employees are always kind and considerate and do the remake. I spend $4 for a latte and I expect it to be drinkable. Many times I'll order and by the time I drive around to the window the drink is ready, usually when this happens it taste awful! Dunkin PLEASE start serving drinks made properly and HOT!!!!
