Kevin responded in a very timely manner. He came to my residence and shut the main water line off so there was no more damage and came back the next morning and had the leak fixed within 10 minutes. Kevin came on a Sunday (no extra charge) and was so nice and helpful. Was on time and finished within an hour. Gave us great suggestions and recommendations for septic. All other plumbers were weeks out they were able to come within a few days. Highly recommended!Service: Drain cleaning

I needed 2 faucets installed and shutoff valves installed on 3 sinks Kevin came out gave a quote. Needed to order parts, parts arrived in a timely manner and Kevin came back to install. He had all fixed up in no time at all. Everything is working well. Kevin was knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend Gen X and Kevin based on my experience K J Thomas
