“I had a Generac generator installed by another company. When I started having issues with the generator, 8 months later, I couldn't get that company to come back and repair it. I called Generac corporate headquarters and was given Mr Keener's phone number as he was a Generac certified repairman in my area. I called and explained the problems I was having with the generator. He knew from phone call and pictures exactly what was wrong with the generator. He came out and had the unit up and running very quickly. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and knowledge.
