I took my husband here for a flat top.We were on vacation (October/2021) visiting my family in Spring City.Anyway, I waited in the car and when he came out, I saw the nicest flat top he has ever gotten.My husband spoke of how it was like Mayberry in the shop.Mr. Beard came out to meet me and I was so happy he did.What a great place!!!If we could afford to drive from Ohio to Tennessee every few months, we would do so, just to see Mr. Beard.Thank GOD for small towns like Dayton, TN.

Bobby is the same as it was when I first experienced it in 19 76 is unchanged the haircut price is still the same $5 it's like walking back in time the inside still looks the same nostalgic

My first experience at Bobby's, "Eagle Nest Barber Shop", was one I will always remember. If you have ever watched the Andy Griffith show you will know what I mean. I walked in and was taken back into the past, when life seemed a little less stressful. The guys in there, young and old, was laughing and joking around, having a good ole time. It was more than just a hair cut that day, it was an escape from the hustle and bustle life throws to each of us. It has been the same ever since. One of the rarest gems hidden in downtown Dayton. I hope Bobby never retires, though I would say he has earned it over and over again.
