“Three months ago I completed Cat Kahn's Wellness program. I wanted to express my appreciation to her for assisting me in achieving my goal towards mind-body wellness. As a recently retired RN, I decided it was time to invest in taking better care of myself and the payoff has been extraordinary. Cat set me up w/ a wellness tracking log that included step counts, journaling/mediation, 30 min cardio, sleep quality, fiber/protein etc. Since I live in California, we met regularly via Zoom for check in sessions, assistance w/ strength training, and motivational counseling. I am proud to say, I feel stronger and healthier than I have in 10 years, lost 20 plus pounds over the last 6 months...AND...have continued the path towards wellness by now having her techniques seamlessly incorporate into my everyday routine. She was so attentive, knowledgeable, non judgmental and simply accepted me "as is"! I highly recommend this quality program.“

“My skin was incredibly dry so I scheduled a facial with Kenzie. I told her my goal was not to have dry skin when I leave the spa. We agree on the enzyme facial. She massaged my shoulders and feet. When I left the spa, my skins was greatly improved and no longer felt try. I also felt extremely relaxed as I fell asleep during the facial.“
