Chip looked in places I would have never dreamed to look on the house I was considering buying. The report was very thorough and not too complicated to read. The pictures were especially helpful. I highly recommend him!

Chip at Upper Cumberland Home Inspection is the best. He kept me updated throughout the entire process so I didnt feel like I was left hanging after our initial conversation. I am purchasing a home in his area sight unseen. Chip was very thorough with his inspection. He took a lot of pictures to show the things that needed to be addressed as well as outlining the issues verbally. When I got the report ... which was within 24 hours... I was able to call Chip and discuss the results. After his inspection and talking with him, I felt very informed. It was a very good feeling. I am currently buying a home and with all stressful things that comes with it, the home inspection was not one of those things.
