This review is downgraded because of the staff. I had an appointment right after lunch and at the time I was supposed to be called for my teeth cleaning, all you could hear from behind the window was a group of females laughing very loudly. When I was finally brought in 20 minutes late, I asked, "Having a party?" and was told "We have a party every day."
My family has always had a great experience with this office. The ladies as well as the dentist are always polite and professional! My children do not fear or dread going to the dentist and that is in a huge part to this office team!
The staff is great, they are always laughing and as a patient really made me feel at ease! Dr. McShan is kind, gentle and was concerned with helping me to understand what dental care was needed and why. I would recommend Plateau Family Dentistry.
