Our pilot light went out in our gas fireplace and my husband was having a hard time getting it to stay lit. We called Terry and he walked him through it and got our fireplace working again in about 15 minutes. Very kind and helpful! We appreciate it, especially in this cold weather!
Terry Bowen is the fireplace whisperer. He has come to my rescue for 6 years and has never failed me. He’s knowledgeable, timely and fair with his charges. I won’t have anyone else!
We were looking for a fireplace mantle and I called Fireplace direct and the friendly voice on the other end was Terry, the "Fireplace Whisperer". From the very start he was incredibly helpful, very friendly and bent over backwards to help me (I was in a last minute predicament). His customer service was exceptional, I wish everyone I delt with was as friendly, honest and helpful as he was.
