Crossville Wholesale Carpet is absolutely “thee” best carpet and flooring store in town! The staff is beyond great; they’re easy to work with and so nice. Ask for Carla Cox, she’ll work with you until everything is finalized - plus she’s by far a true professional, and terrific to work with ??. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for future needs. Kudos also go to Jared Swafford who is a true “craftsman” at his trade. He and his crew were friendly, courteous and great to work with.

Our installers, George and Nathan came 10 minutes early.They worked together moving furniture, removing and replacing carpet. After everything was back in place, I was unable to see any seams, even though I knew they were there. Excellent workmanship. Great attitudes. Highly recommended.

My siblings and I went to look at some various commercial flooring options. We really didn't know what we were looking for other than a few brand names. Carla C. was so informative and helpful. She truly "advised" us and shared her years of flooring experience and knowledge. We are still working through the decision process but will not hesitate to give them our business. Very professional.
