Tech came after hours to deal with an AC issue. Resolved the problem and recommended a more permanent solution. Install team arrived the next day and finished the job. Because of our long term relationship with Bennett, we were only charged for the initial after hours call, which was very fair. I really appreciate the service!
My first time contacting Bennett Heating and Cooling, listed as a “neighborhood fave” on Nextdoor. Amanda was amazing, scheduling my technician out the same day! Conrad was great, professional and kind. He fixed an issue with my Aprilaire dehumidifier and did some preventive maintenance of my HVAC. A great experience from the initial phone call to the Invoice payment, which was very reasonable! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will certainly call them in the future!
The experience from start to finish was Great. We got next day service. Jason was on time and explained everything to us and Camron I hope I spelled that right, was very nice and did the install. He was every good explained everything he did and showed us pictures before and after he completed his work. Both gentlemen were a credit to your company. Thank you again for your help and service.
