we had a defrost board, and fan motor installed about a month ago. they did a fantastic job. two weeks ago the company that we have a service contract with came out and did a routine yearly service on the unit, told us that the capacitor that runs the unit wasn't working correctly and caused the fan to vibrate which would eventually cause the the motor to go bag. So I called ACE again to come out and check the motor, capacitor, and put on a new fan blade. After looking at the unit, the tech explained that the new motor that was installed, came with a separate capacitor, so there was no problem. He started the unit and the fan had a slight vibration. He installed the new fan and then checked out again. It still had the vibration. So he didn't charge me got the new fan. This is what I call great service. I finally found a company that puts the customers interest first. Any further needs I will definitely call on these people first. I really trust them.
