Last Friday, our kitchen sink backed up to where it wouldn’t drain at all and backed up into the dishwasher. ? we called valley plumbing and they came out and told us we had galvanized pipes and their normal snakes wouldn’t work. They said they could try a different snake under the sink for $720 that might not work or they could put a runber hose down the vent on the roof and jet water through and get the clog out and it’s guaranteed to work but would cost $1250. Imperial Plumbing expertly upgraded our water heater, per code, to a larger size, modified plumbing line and added expansion tank with quality products. Included disconnecting/reconnecting water softener to access the water heater. Excellent communication, response times and fair pricing. Courteous and honest. Our utility room is inside the house and they took care to protect the areas where work was conducted. Highly recommended.
Imperial Plumbing is top notch! I had a water main leak right after the meter because the home builder installed a Sharkbite T fitting to make a sprinkler supply line (bad idea). Frank arrived on time on a Sunday on Labor Day weekend no less! He had a smile and can-do attitude. After a quick look at the leak, he knew exactly what the cause was and how to fix it. He replaced the leaking Sharkbite T with quality PEX B hose and fittings, providing a robust long term solution. See attached image. All was done in less than an hour and for a very fair price. Imperial saved by life (and likely my marriage) by fixing my plumbing emergency the same day. I love these guys!
