Outstanding Service from Imperial Plumbing! Frank Croce came out to my place of business to fix a plumbing issue, and I was thoroughly impressed. They responded quickly, arrived right on time, and resolved the problem efficiently. Frank was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Imperial Plumbing—and especially Frank—for any commercial plumbing needs.
What was supposed to be an inspection turned into a service. Frank took the time to not only provide a detail outline of what the issue was and what could be potential risk. The quality of service and the compassion to our issues were top rate! Thanks Frank for providing an imperial experience!
Last Friday, our kitchen sink backed up to where it wouldn’t drain at all and backed up into the dishwasher. 🫢 we called valley plumbing and they came out and told us we had galvanized pipes and their normal snakes wouldn’t work. They said they could try a different snake under the sink for $720 that might not work or they could put a runber hose down the vent on the roof and jet water through and get the clog out and it’s guaranteed to work but would cost $1250. So we decided to try some other things on our own thinking that those were our only options since a professional made it seem that way. After some attempts and renting equipment from Home Depot, the clog wouldn’t move. So Thursday I messaged different plumbers. One was hard knox plumbing who so they would never jet water in galvanized pipes and said we need to replace all of our plumbing with pvc piping and they could get the clog out while doing that. I said “yeah that’s not going to happen”. We were starting to think there was no hope for those of us in older houses with galvanized pipes in the Knoxville area. Today, Imperial Plumbing came out and, within an hour, had our sink and dishwasher working for $250. They said they had a special snake for galvanized pipes because they are common and if that didn’t work they had other options they can try. They were kind and understanding and thorough and affordable and I am so thankful for them.
