I also come monthly for nail trims, and he's always taken well care of. Even when my buddy got sick, they swiftly checked him out and made some excellent recommendations that lead to a speedier recovery. Great front desk staff and really goes above and beyond to make pets feel comfortable. Thank you, Cam, for being awesome and so nice!“

When Berry passed suddenly in late 2020, she helped us with making arrangements. “I just moved back to the area and chose this vet because of all the great reviews alone.I took 2 of my 3 dogs today for general exams/vaccines/nail trims. One of them is a little *feisty*, but they did so great with him. He could tell he was in good hands because he did not put up a fight when getting examined or getting his nails trimmed. I so appreciate them taking their time with him and making sure he was comfortable.Dr. Finley and all of the staff (front desk included!) were so great and kind. They were so gentle (now I see where they get the name of the practice) with both of my babies, from the exam to the vaccines and nail trim. My feisty dog actually has a skin infection, and they wouldn't do vaccines on him yet because of the meds he needs to take. To me, this further proves they care about the well-being of the animals, NOT about the money!The practice itself is clean, and the waiting area is large. You can tell they don't overbook, which is helpful for pet owners and the owners alike, as the waiting room and wait time are not stressful like at other places.“

“I highly recommend Dr. Moffatt's services if you find yourself in the unfortunate spot of having to let go of a beloved pet. I can't think Dr. Moffatt and her associate enough for making a difficult time as comfortable as can be for our dear sweet boy and for me and my son as well. I am thankful that a co-worker recently mentioned in-home services as an option. After our peaceful experience letting our baby go, I can't imagine choosing any other option. At just over 100 pounds, it would have been painful for him to be carried to our vehicle, the ride would have been bumpy, and the trip to the vet- picking him up again, a new vet "examining" him (our vet was off) before performing the procedure...- would have been stressful and difficult for our Rottie and for us. Instead, letting go of a beloved member of our family was heart wrenching and incredibly sad, but not stressful. Dr. Moffatt responded quickly when we reached out and was upfront about costs and payment, but in no way, rude. She was respectful and sympathetic and allowed us to hold him and love him until we were ready to say our last goodbyes.“

But I went with others recommendations of dr Parker and my puppy is running around again like nothing ever happened. Will be using dr Parker and Shelby center hospital for life.“
