“I saw Jason for back pain a couple of years ago. The pain was so bad that I had to quite working out and couldn't bend down. I had previously been seen by a chiropractor that did not help the situation. Jason did a full mobility assessment during my appointment, asked me about my posture and daily activities, and identified the problem immediately. He prescribed a set of exercises that seemed counter-intuitive to me. In fact, some of the stretches I had been doing to try to find relief were exacerbating the problem. Over the weeks, I worked on the prescribed exercises and my back pain completely went away. Since then, I've continued to do the exercises as a part of my warm up routine and have not hurt my back again. I've been lifting weights with no issues since I saw Jason.“
