“What a wonderful experience! I was greeted immediately with a smile by the lady behind the desk and then directed to a cute little Hot Tea and Coffee bar in the back while I waited. Honestly, there were so many choices, I didn't know which one I wanted lol Within just a minute or so "Leah" came around the corner and took me to her chair. My hair is difficult, and I haven't been able to find the right person to help me with it, but I was so pleased with the results! I'm even going to get extensions to plump my thinning hair up a bit. “Long story short my hair got matted right before my Sunday appointment with Hair by Fran. When I arrived to the salon I immediately suggested that we just cut the mat out and proceed with the service. Fran insisted on keeping my hair, he said “No, I know you don’t want to cut your hair so we aren’t about to cut your hair”. He was gentle and quick and got the mat right out. I got a traditional sew in side part and he delivered! The braid down and sewin took less than a hour! Styling took less than 25 minutes. He didn’t even charge me extra for detangling which was actually the longest part. I’m so happy with the service, and his Sunday availability. Above and beyond, I would definitely recommend this salon and stylist.“
