My experience with Comfort Dynamics exceeded my expectations. We were forced to winterize our house after multiple severe weather events. Trey and Malik were very careful, tidy and professional during each phase of the repipe project. They were a great team. I also saved $10,000 based on quotes by three local competitors.
Comfort Dynamics Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical promise? What is that? I feel like I prematurely did this review. I want to add that the employees that are doing the work are great but the company as a whole when it comes to fixing a problem is not on the same page. Here it is 1:30 in the morning and for the fifth time now, my AC has went out and every time that we have contacted the company the issue has not been resolved and we have spoke with a manager requesting a return policy for us to go over and read and they’ve yet to give us one. They just give us the runaround and keep telling us that they’ll send someone out to fix the problem on a brand new AC unit that should not be having a Problem. In one weeks time this is the third time the AC has cut off. I have told them many times that I have a child in my house and animals and I would like this problem to be resolved. Now they are telling us that it will be Monday before they can get someone out. I’m very disappointed! Here we are Monday and we’ve called multiple times and got sent to an answering service(which mind you has never happened before) they are screening our calls now I guess! We are still waiting for the emergency response to us being without AC since Saturday night. This company as a whole is awesome. I’ve had them come out to our house many times and every person they have sent is super professional and extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable in what they do! I highly recommend using them for all your cooling, heating, plumbing, and electrical work.
Had two thermostats replaced and unit tune up. Rickie was very professional and did a thorough job. Didn’t try and sell me anything that I didn’t need.
