Charles came out to give my wife and I an estimate on a new whole home system. He was extremely informative and knowledgeable about Choates and their systems. He answered any and all questions that we had, and gave us a thorough walkthrough of what he and Choates could build for our home. We look forward to working with him moving forward.
Quentin Manningham with Choate’s did a great job of putting together a quote for cleaning my air vents. He was through and answered all of my questions. He helped me find the best economical plan to fit my budget.
On 8/26/24 we made an appointment with CHOATES. We had condensation coming from the vents of the home.
On 8/27/24 the tech name James Jonakin can to Mason’s residence. He was on time, and very professional.
James checked all the air ducts, and our AC unit. We kept most of the vents closed in the house. To our surprise, he informed us there was no issues with any duct work or with our AC unit. The reasons for the condensation was because the vents were closed. He didn’t try to sale us something that we did not need, and he educated us about our AC system using charts. We are very please with CHOATES!
