My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon Hall from Choate's and we couldn't be more impressed with the level of service we received. From the moment he arrived, the technician was professional, and courteous. Our fan broke on our unit and I was frustrated being summer is not over. Brandon was able to find our fan in stock, picked it up and was back in 30 minutes. He added screws that the previous tech left off! We expressed some concerns and he took his time to look over the previous work to give us a piece of mind that everything was properly fixed. I'm glad that great workers exist!
