I found Sean on Facebook, in a group we were both in. Someone had posted about looking to buy a house, and he was offering to help. I saw his comment and decided to reach out to him. He was immediately very helpful, reassuring, and able to give me some insight into home buying (I had no idea what to do). He set up an in person meeting, and he was very sweet and offered to pay for my family and myself (we met at starbucks). This was my 1st time buying a house. Loren Huie helped make this a very smooth experience for me. His knowledge was a blessing. He was very patient with me and educated me on anything that I asked. I was able to put my trust in him and he took care of me every step of the way and now I'm a proud owner of my first home.
This was our first time working with Loren Huie and his team to sale a home, and the experience couldn't have been better. He worked tirelessly with us to help declutter and stage the home, market to buyer's that were a perfect fit for the neighborhood, and he helped us navigate last minute inspection and closing details that deviated a bit from the norm. We benefited from his experience, and he made the decision-making process less stressful for us. Loren's customer service and attention to detail made this process a memorable one.
