I was unable to find a reason for the reason my upstairs bathroom lights would not work. I called Benchmark and they got right back to me. They sent an electronic and even though it took him a few hours to find the problem THEY FOUND IT AND FIXED IT. WOW what a great job and the price was affordable. Thank you Benchmark

Thoroughly impressed by the Team at Benchmark Electric, their advice and follow thru is impeccable, their customer service is honest, accurate and direct. Anything from a complicated home generator install to rerouting an antiquated electrical system in an old home (me!), they got you covered with ease. JP and Marcus were friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. Wife got home and said "wow, i couldnt even tell they were here all day!" Hahaha, that's the perfect feedback!

So far so good. I ordered a Cummins 20kW standby generator to be installed in Dec 2023Benchmark will handle installation and service needs from now on out. I have been impressed with this company from the time I got a quote to today. They take the time to answer all questions you might have regarding a project like this and they are in it for the long haul. They are a Certified Cummins Dealer and Service Provider. They will not be the cheapest quote but at the end of the day offer the best total package you could hope for when making an investment like this. Privately Owned Company in Cordova. Generators are there thing.
