“I could not agree any less with the 1 star reviews I have read here. After seeing Cumberland Dermatology's high Google rating, I decided to give them a go. Best decision I have made for my skin yet. I went to the Cookeville office and although I did see a PA, I was not disappointed. Ms. Rotolo was very thorough. Her assistant re-explained everything after Ms. Rotolo had left the room. I felt very educated and at ease. They even gave me informational handouts! Very impressed. The office is clean and pleasant. The young lady at the front desk was an angel, kindly assisting me with paperwork, which was quite lengthy, but I understand the necessity. They have a beautiful cosmetic set up as well, with a specialist to speak with regarding products, facials, laser and such. This is one medical office I will be looking forward to going back to.“

“Ken is the absolute best! I set up an appointment and ask for him and they’ve always honored that. I make sure I clear a couple of hours to relax and enjoy my experience and I come in to a welcoming atmosphere and when they know I’m coming they already have everything ready and waiting for me. So I pick my color or go sit down and flip through the options depending on what I want done that day and relax. I always get the deluxe pedicure and I love the hot stones!

The massage itself is worth the visit but the quality of their work is unbeatable. I chit chat with Ken and we catch up on life and I always feel brand new when I leave. Beautiful nails and refreshed emotionally. As a mom you don’t get a lot of chances to relax, this is worth it!“
