We have been using Algood Walmart pharmacy for years, until today! After much back and forth with the insurance company about our prescription coverage, come to find out it wasn't the insurance holding us up. It was the pharmacist REFUSING to send the required paperwork in to the insurance so we could get our prescriptions. Our insurance called the pharmacy where they were greeted with a very rude tech and then passed on to an even ruder lead pharmacist who eventually in this event purposefully hangs up on the insurance company twice.
