9/10 times when I come in here late night or early morning to an empty gym the basketball goals are up and they refuse to put them down. They tell me that it's reserved gym tonight and it'll be 9:30pm and empty until close at 11pm. I'll dribble for an hour with no goal and watch as 0 people even walk by.It's not like you can't ask me just to leave if anyone comes in. They treat patrons like children here.This combined with the parking issues on campus are two huge reasons not to come to school here. I just spoke with Audrey on the phone and she was extremely rude. I asked a question and she completely cut me off before I could finish with a rude, “No.” I asked her if they could look up a friend because she is waiting for her Eagle card to be printed but she still would like to access the gym. I understand that students have to scan in but considering the circumstances I do not believe it should be a problem to look someone up in the system. The purpose of the gym is to serve the students. I think that speaking to a student in such a manner is unacceptable and I do not appreciate it. I understand there might have been a past experience or issue with students not having an Eagle card but that does not excuse Audrey for speaking in a rude manner or cutting me off mid sentence.

This place catches a lot of flack, but when it comes down to what matters, this gym is great. Plenty of plates, great dumbbell range, rouge bars galore, two platforms, two sets of double cables, plenty of benches and racks, and good isolation machines.
