Thank you Superior for a job well done! Gerry patiently answered all our questions from start to finish to make sure he covered all our concerns with the house. His extensive report, with numerous pictures, the following day gave us a better picture of the condition of the house. As a buyer, we were better armed to negotiate with the seller of the house and came up with the right price point with the seller. The report will be our guide also in maintaining the house after we successfully bought the house.
I used Superior Inspection Group for my current home inspection. I would rate Brian 5 stars for the outstanding, thorough and quality job done. He did not miss one thing and I would recommend that he be used by all in the future. Great job Brian!
