He talked her through the whole process and kept checking to see how she was doing. During check in Drew was just as awesome. He talked us through the appointment and after care. Steve did their piercings and he made sure everything was sterile, comfortable and perfect. Throughout the entire session he asked if they were comfortable or if they were in pain, as he wanted to make sure they had a great experience.
