I wanted to share an experience i had an earlier today. I scheduled a waxing appointment, and while texting the service provider to inquire about rescheduling maybe if I couldn’t show up, there was a misunderstanding. The provider mistakenly assumed I wanted to cancel the appointment and proceeded to do so without confirming my intent.
This led to a back-and-forth with the owner, which became quite stressful. The owner, although well-meaning, expressed that the situation was causing her distress and confusion, which added to my frustration.

Mariana is wonderful! This was my first time getting a facial, so she explained every step and product as she went. It was very relaxing and the space is beautiful and calm! My skin feels amazing and I'm looking forward to my next visit.
Absolutely love this place! I came from a day spa in Smyrna where my best friend was my este and had pretty high standards. I was really hoping to find somewhere or someone with an equal environment feel/services, and I was blown away! I love Bloom and might even consider coming still when we move back to Murfreesboro! The pricing is great, the service was wonderful, and Mariana is so pleasant and easy to talk to. My skin was also GLOWING which was the best part (:
