I find Bills review to be very innaccurate, when I walked in today with a 2.5 lb fire extinguisher which needed a recharge i was suprised to find it was very affordable. The ladies that were there in the office area I dropped the extinguisher off at were very nice and knew what they were doing and talking about. I expected it to take a couple days on the recharge, and it only took them a little under an hour (it was lunch time when I dropped it off). Good service. Quick. Simple. And cost effective. 5 stars
