Doug was excellent. He came first thing in the morning after I called him the night before to fix a kitchen sink clog. He also recommended steps to prevent it happening again and made some additional suggestions on other things we could consider. We will definitely use Royal Flush again.

I called Royal Flush about a clogged toilet and Doug answered the phone right away. He was just leaving a job nearby so he did a U-turn and showed up in 5 minutes! Doug and Anthony were very quick and helpful. They gave me a 30-day warranty for free service due to the age of our toilet and some good advice for what to look for. I definitely felt they wanted to save me money, rather than get me to spend money on things I don't need. Highly recommend.
