I am so glad that Patterson's was recommended to us. We had another company come out and diagnose our issue as a leaking coil in the air handler and faulty valves on the condenser and wanted to charge us several thousand for the repair. Matt came out and found the issue to just be a faulty thermostat and was very good about explaining what he was finding as he did. They saved us thousands on a very small issue and I am so glad we got a second opinion!
