Fantastic inspector to work with. As a home builder I see a lot of these reports. The report from On The Move was the most detailed and easy to read reports I have seen. You can tell that they really care and want to do the best job possible and that is a rare thing to find these days.

I worked with Ryan on the inspection for a condo I’ve been looking to purchase. He provided an extremely detailed analysis and clearly articulated the urgency around each issue. As a first time home buyer, Ryan’s expertise and ability to clearly explain these issues was extremely helpful as we went into the negotiation process with the seller.
