Ryan did an amazing job inspecting our dream house!!! He was very detailed on any and all things that needed or may need in attention in the near future. Also helpful comments on if the fix was normal who to have perform the repair from homeowner, handyman, to a licensed professional. Lots of pictures with circles and arrows highlighting exactly what he found. Buying a home is the biggest investment for most of us and knowing as much as possible before making that investment put us at ease.
I have known Ryan more than half of his life. He has a very strong work ethic and he did an extremely thorough job inspecting our home before we bought. The report was very detailed and thorough. He spent time going through the report with us to explain it. I would choose him again if I needed a property inspected.
