I just left this place seeking help not insured but have the deposit required to be seen. I got a very unwelcoming vibe from the nurse in blue scrubs that is blonde with gold earrings. I would not recommend my fellow veteran family to come to this place seeking help if uninsured. I will say the people on the first floor with the MRI area were very professional but on the second floor I cannot say the same I will take my business elsewhere.

If I could give this 0 stars I would, I went for my appointment and never even made it to the back for it, as I had the displeasure of meeting Sarah at the front of the desk. As soon as it was my turn she became increasingly rude from the start. She was so pleasant to the lady in front of me, and when I got up there her attitude changed drastically. She was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I'm not sure if it was because I wasn't dressed like the lady before me, or because of my tattoos, and piercings, but we are in 2021 and we shouldn't judge someone based of their looks...I thought this was a thing of the past. I felt completely embarrassed by her treatment towards me in front of other customers, as I tried to explain that I have severe anxiety and was wondering if my husband could accompany me in the back, as we both have masks on. Instead of politely telling me she would ask or even a polite no we can't at this time, she became even more rude and embarrassed me in front of everyone. I'm not sure why this lady felt the need to make me feel this way, to make me feel singled out as I'm not good enough to even be in the office. She made my anxiety even worse to the point I had to leave because of it. It was as if she was making fun of my medical mental health issues, as she asked unnecessary questions, in which I was more than willing to provide a doctors notice. She shouldn't be allowed to treat people differently just because she doesn't like the way someone looks, and because of that I will no longer do business here. As I understand that due to covid we can't always have someone back there, but the attitude and unprofessional way she handled the situation was what did it for me. She needs to do better!
