“We lost our beloved 14 year old doxie a few weeks ago on July 2nd. My husband made arrangements the night before we put him down. He was able to select the service we wanted and paid for it all online. We brought him straight to the funeral home from the vets. The facility treated us with compassion and respect. I understand some people would not go to the lengths we did to lay our fur baby to rest, but we requested a private cremation. They were able to accommodate us and allowed us to witness. They cremated and processed our baby in a timely manner. We didn't request any personalization for his urn, so we were able to get him on the same day he was cremated. I don't wish for any pet parent to go through losing their beloved fur babies, but Family Pals did an amazing job. I highly recommend them for laying your pet to rest.“

“Over the past several months, we have had to use the pet cremation services through Williams several times and can’t say enough positive things about how compassionate and caring every member of the staff was even when one of our fur babies passed after hours.

Unfortunately we recently had to use Williams Funeral Home for services related to the death of my father. Daddy had prepaid his funeral and burial expenses but there were still a few details and the scheduling of the actual service that had to be taken care of. I will admit that I was a little nervous because I have always been more familiar with other local funeral homes. However, Jenna and the rest of the staff at Williams absolutely won me over by going far beyond what “doing their jobs” would have involved. Jenna took my father’s information and helped to create a perfect obituary and also planned the order of the service and my chosen songs better than I could have done myself. This was a very unexpected and difficult situation made much easier to navigate with her help and the help of her colleagues. The service was beautiful and I know my dad was pleased. ❤️“
