I’ve been a customer for 18 years and I always receive excellent service. I called on a Friday afternoon at 3:30 pm when the capacitor went out on my unit and they sent Kyle right over. He did a great job and explained everything to me. This is not the first time that Davis Heating & Cooling has been there for me when I’ve needed a repair. I’m a customer for life!
I was most sure I had serious trouble with my HVAC unit I bought from Davis 10 years ago. They showed up very readily and the tech went directly to the problem. A very knowledgeable, courteous, and clean cut guy who immediately took care of it, despite the excessive heat. So happy I went ahead and got a service program. Thanks to Chip for having such a good guy!
I don’t usually do reviews, good or bad. This company made me do an exception to my rule! Because Davis company has provided awesome customer service in a world of terrible customer service, I felt I must do this review. The workmanship, quality and prompt response has been outstanding keep up the great work!!!
